Tier Data:
# -- The inverse tier rank, used for calculating points. The bigger the number, the harder.
Name -- The official tier name.
Point Value -- The amount of points that are rewarded upon completing a challenge in this tier.
Point Bonus -- The point bonus from said tier if a bonus is collected. See Section 5.2 for more information.
